There are four habits that we all need to cultivate on a daily basis that will absolutely transform our lives.
Thankfulness: it's so important to find time in our day to be truly thankful and grateful for all that we are, what we have, what we've received, what we experience and sometimes being grateful and thankful for the moments in our life that in the beginning we felt challenged by. Thankfulness means deeply feeling gratitude in our hearts for those moments, for those people, for those experience, for those things where we pause for a moment and acknowledge how fortunate we are to have those moments in our lives. Thankfulness becomes powerful when it becomes our mindset through out the day, but we can start by beginning our day with what we're grateful for and ending our day with what we're grateful for. When we do this in the beginning and at the end of our day, we start doing it at the beginning and end of every activity. Eating food, sending an email, making a phone call, taking a walk, whatever it maybe, that is the first habit we need to transform our lives positively. 
Inspiration: the second that we all need is inspiration. We all need to read or consume something insightful and inspiring that we can try and turn into application. When you learn something new everyday and try to put it into practice you can start to feel the benefits of applying that inspiration in your life. Read books more often or listen to podcasts or music because you may find just one line which can transform the way you think and how you function through out the day. So the second habit is to ensure you find time for inspiration and insight. It may be one paragraph, it may be one line, it may be one chapter, whatever it is, it just needs to be something that you strive to start applying into your life everyday.

Meditation: the third habit that we all need in our lives to transform is meditation. And meditation is spending time with yourself or spending time by yourself. Finding an activity that you derive joy from doing. Doing something that makes you fully connected to yourself, like you're understanding yourself better. It could be sitting and aligning with your breath. It could be sitting and visualizing what you're trying to create, who you're trying to become. It could be sitting there and repeating affirmations that are reconnecting your brain and your mind to be the script that you want to live. Ensure you are always positive minded. Don't ever feel you are behind.
Exercise: the fourth habit that we need to practice in our lives is exercise. Movement, whatever it is, it may be dancing, it may be cycling, it may be swimming, it may be a sport, anything that gets your body moving. Barack Obama once said "You have to exercise, or at some point you’ll just break down.” There's a great Buddhist statement that says “What movement does for your body, meditation does for your mind.” So our mind needs to be calm and our body needs to be moved to be expressive.
And these four habits create the acronym,
TIME, thankfulness, inspiration, meditation and exercise. So make time for these four things everyday and every single day will be superb.
